What is Aivend?
Aivend is an authorized retailer and distributor of HAHA AI vending machines. We sell the full range of HAHA smart vending models—from the compact Mini 360 to the double-door Ultra 1200—and help you choose the right machine for your location. You can buy online or request a quote for bulk orders and custom needs.
How do I buy a HAHA vending machine?
You can add a machine to your cart and checkout with a credit or debit card on our site. For multiple units, financing, or custom quotes, use the contact form or email us. We’ll provide a personalized quote and can walk you through model selection, shipping, and setup.
Do you offer financing?

What HAHA models do you sell?
We carry the full HAHA lineup: Mini 360, Plus 440, Pro 542, Freezer 550, Max 620, Max 620S (with integrated display), and Ultra 1200. All are AI-powered, grab-and-go machines with cashless payment. How do HAHA machines identify products?
HAHA machines use AI vision technology. When a customer taps or swipes to pay and opens the door, the system records the transaction and uses computer vision to identify which items were taken. Checkout is automatic—no barcode scanning—and the system is highly accurate.
What payment methods do the machines accept?
HAHA machines accept credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express) and contactless options like Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payment is required before the door unlocks (pre-authorization), then you’re charged for what you take. No cash or coin required.
Are the machines refrigerated or air-cooled?
Beverage and combo models use air-cooled refrigeration (similar to household AC), which reduces frost and is reliable. The Freezer 550 uses freezer-grade cooling for sub-zero temperatures. Temperature is adjustable via the operator app.
Can HAHA machines sell alcohol or tobacco?
Age verification for alcohol or tobacco is not currently supported on HAHA machines. They are best suited for beverages, snacks, fresh food, and general retail that doesn’t require age checks.
Where do you ship from?
Machines ship from HAHA’s US warehouse network: Los Angeles, San Francisco, Dallas, Houston, Chicago, Florida, and New Jersey. Free pickup is available at these locations. We’ll provide shipping options and a quote at checkout or when you request a quote.
How long does shipping take?
For most US addresses, delivery takes about 5–10 business days after your order is processed. You’ll receive a tracking number and can coordinate delivery time with the carrier. Express shipping may be available—contact us for options.
Do you deliver and install?
Delivery is door-to-door. You’ll need a level spot, standard power, and space for the unit. Machines should stand upright for at least 6 hours before first use if they were shipped on their side. Setup includes removing packaging, antenna installation, and connecting to the HAHA app for firmware and payment activation. We can point you to setup guides and support resources.
What warranty do HAHA machines come with?
HAHA includes a standard 1-year warranty with purchase. It covers manufacturing defects and key components (e.g. refrigeration, payment modules). Extended warranty options are available (e.g. additional years) for purchase—ask us for details. Damage from misuse, power surges, or unauthorized repair is not covered.
What support is available after purchase?
HAHA provides technical support 7 days a week, 9 AM–9 PM EDT, including remote help and on-site repair when needed. You can reach them by email (Service@hahavending.com) or phone. As your retailer, we’re also here to help with order and delivery questions; use our contact page.
How do I set up the machine and app?
Account and device activation typically takes 1–2 weeks and can be started before the machine arrives. You’ll register in the HAHA app, link your machine, complete any required firmware updates, and then the unit can accept payments. HAHA provides user guides and video tutorials; their support team can walk you through setup.
What is your return policy?
HAHA’s policy allows returns within 7 days of delivery for qualifying issues (e.g. wrong item, major defect, shipping damage). The customer is responsible for return shipping; refunds are processed after the item is received. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to return a machine so we can coordinate with HAHA.
Why was my card pre-authorized?
Pre-authorization is a temporary hold to confirm your card has sufficient funds before the vending door is unlocked. It’s standard for unattended retail (like pay-at-the-pump). The final charge is based on what you actually take; any overcharge is refunded by your bank, usually within 7 days.
Where are HAHA machines typically used?

Are the machines weatherproof or for outdoor use?
HAHA machines are splash-resistant but not fully waterproof. They’re designed for indoor or sheltered use. Outdoor or semi-outdoor placement may require a canopy or enclosure; contact us if you’re planning an outdoor location.
