Shipping Policy

1. Where We Ship

We ship HAHA vending machines within the continental United States. Machines are fulfilled from HAHA's US warehouse network. If you are outside the US or need international shipping, please contact us for options.

2. Warehouse Locations

Orders ship from strategically located US warehouses, including (but not limited to): Los Angeles and San Francisco (California), Dallas and Houston (Texas), Chicago (Illinois), New Jersey, and Florida. Free pickup may be available at certain warehouse locations—contact us to inquire.

3. Processing and Delivery Times

Orders are typically processed within a few business days after payment is confirmed. For most US destinations, delivery takes approximately 5–10 business days from shipment. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped. Express or expedited shipping may be available upon request; contact us for a quote.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs depend on the machine model, quantity, and delivery address. Shipping is calculated at checkout for online orders. For quote requests or bulk orders, we will provide a shipping estimate. Free warehouse pickup is available at designated locations.

5. Delivery and Receiving

Delivery is typically door-to-door. Please ensure someone is available to receive the shipment and that the delivery location has adequate access (doorways, elevators, loading docks as needed). Machines may be shipped on pallets. After delivery, allow the unit to stand upright for at least 6 hours before first use if it was shipped on its side, per manufacturer guidelines.

6. Damage or Loss

Inspect your shipment upon delivery. If there is visible damage or missing items, note it on the delivery receipt and contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier and HAHA to resolve damage or loss claims in accordance with our Refund Policy.
