1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using aivend.co ("Site") operated by Aivend ("we," "us," "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or place orders.

2. Use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You may not: misuse the Site, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data, scrape or automate access in a way that burdens our infrastructure, or use the Site in violation of any applicable law. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access at our discretion.

3. Products and Orders

We sell HAHA AI vending machines as an authorized retailer. Product descriptions, images, and specifications are based on manufacturer information; we strive for accuracy but do not warrant that descriptions or imagery are error-free. We reserve the right to limit quantities, correct errors, and refuse or cancel orders (e.g. suspected fraud, pricing errors). Prices are in USD and are subject to change.

4. Payment

Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By placing an order, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. We do not store full payment card details. All sales are subject to our Refund Policy.

5. Shipping and Title

Shipping terms are set out in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery to the carrier (FOB origin) unless otherwise agreed. You are responsible for compliance with any local laws regarding installation and operation of vending equipment.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and products are provided "as is." HAHA provides product warranties as described in their materials and our FAQ; we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Site.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aivend and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or use, arising from your use of the Site or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) in question.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aivend and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Aivend operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of that state.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest version. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance. For material changes, we may provide additional notice where appropriate.
